Service req’d 2 visits due to ordering of parts, but diagnosis was accurate, an expensive “next step if we need it part” was ordered as well. When new parts came in, technician went with most likely/ less expensive option and problem was solved. Optional part not needed

Nalley makes the process of making a service appointment so easy and pleasant. I always ask for Keven Retana, a service advisor, to take care of us on every service call as I find him to be very courteous and professional. I think Keven is a big asset to Nalley Toyota.
