Our tech was clear and did not push us to do anything outside of the normal services. When I turned down several services, our tech was understanding and offered to price match if we decided to move forward with the work. I had an appointment, got in and out with in the promised time. The waiting "room" and surrounding areas were clean. All the staff I interacted with were helpful and respectful. I will be going back to this location even though there are 2 other Toyota dealerships closer to my home.
