My service consultant was Matt, he was very helpful and throughly explained what needed to be done on our vehicle. He arranged transportation home since the service was going to take longer than I expected. I will return to him and Nalley Toyota when my next service visit is due!

The service was efficient and informational. However, in the past, there used to be a complimentary cleaning (vacuuming) with the service which had not been performed the last two times I have been in for a service (at 10,000 miles and 15,000 miles). Thanks.
