Good service, just disappointed that while waiting I received a notice that my car needed a new cabin filter. I had just replaced the cabin filter the service before. Just makes you wonder.

All staff were very co operative.

The service technician was very helpful and let me know what additional work my car needed and why.

Excellent. Derrick is always professional and provided outstanding customer service. He is an asset and I hope he is recognized for his contributions. He is knowledgeable and I prefer to work with him versus any other representative. If I was in the market to purchase a new Toyota, I would be looking for someone like Derrick Howard.
