Was good but it took 4 hours for a recall and oil change

Brisa Hopkins made the experience easy and enjoyable. She was very approachable, explained all options clearly and made what can often be a tedious process fair and enjoyable as possible. We love our new Rav4!

Fast professional

We came away with a beautiful car, presented to us by a very knowledgeable sales representative who cared about us and our needs. From previous ownership of Toyota cars we were confident the car was in good condition, checked out thoroughly and ready for us to enjoy. The sales rep and financial advisor went out of their way to insure we had what we needed and were properly informed of all benefits. We think Nalley gets an A+ in customer relationships!

I really had a great experience at Nalley Toyota service department. My service advisor was Matt Thomson and wh was exceptionally good. It was very busy Saturday he answered all my questions kindly. Also, since I had another appointment after the service, I asked about my service status a couple of times and he went into shop floor himself to check on super busy day. Thank you Matt, I really appreciate!! I strongly recommend Nalley Toyota.

5 Star feedback is for the advisor and technician who worked on the car. I would very much like to take 1 star away for the Car Wash service as it always remains down. You need to ask customers to visit back when and if it is running. If you advertise car wash you should be able to deliver it. It's hard to imagine that dealership so big always has broken car wash.
