I set the appointment and was told it would be an hour. When I got to the dealership for service consultant told me they had 140 appointments and it would be two hours. I told him I had another appointment in an hour and a half and he was able to honor our time given by the appointment scheduler.

Jimmy Snydher did a good job of providing excellent service. But the reason I am not happy with is car was not vaccumed and not washed. It was given to me in dirty look.

Richard was very helpful. He made sure that all the services I needed were explained and that nothing that wasn’t needed was done.

When I called an made an appt I was told I would receive an email confirming it. I never received the email. When I arrived at the appt I had no idea who the service writer was I was supposed to see. This caused me to waste time at the appt going to one service writer and then another. When you make an appt please make sure the person tells you who to see when you arrive in case the email for some reason is not sent.
