The 20000 mile complementary service was performed in a timely manner. However I was told a new cabin air filter was $59. I told them I would do myself for that price. Got home and realized my receipt said the cabin air filter had been replaced. This was to be part of the complementary service. Now I was confused. Did they replace the filter or not? Went back to Toyota. They had NOT replaced. The technician quickly took mine out and saw it was dirty. Replaced and got me on my way quickly for no charge

Individual that helped me was very helpful and nice. My car was done much sooner than expected. I literally drive past 2 other Toyota service centers and specifically go here because the customer service is amazing!

My visit yesterday to Nalley Toyota for my 40,000 mile checkup was a very pleasant experience. David Ramos, my service writer, and JR, the service manager, made my visit unusually easy and fast. My only complaint, which has nothing at all to do with the staff, is that the car wash was broken again. That's the third time that I missed out on getting my free wash. Otherwise, everything was great!
