My Toyota was due for service. I easily scheduled an appointment for Less than hour later than phoning Nalley of Roswell. I was greeted by a gentleman at the entrance to the service drop off area, who led me to Richard, the technician assigned to me at the time of scheduling the appointment. Richard suggested that an assessment of the serviceable components of my Highlander be made while I waited in my choice of Nalley’s comfortable waiting areas. Not much time later Richard gave me a list of the items he recommended for immediate service and for later service. I immediately concurred, returned to the comfortable waiting area to continue my conversation with another customer. About an hour later, my Highlander was ready. Everything had gone exactly as Richard and Nalley’s technicians had informed me. What a joy to have such excellent automobile service.
