The process at Nalley starts with a welcome by the Service Rep and then a discussion to learn why you have brought your car in for service. Your car is then checked for any recalls and items that may need attention. While waiting you can have free coffee and snack if you desire. There is also a place to work on a laptop/ tablet or watch TV or look at the new Toyota offerings. All in all a very nice experience.
