Great experience!

Several people were wonderful during my experience. I wish I could remember everyone's name! Brisa is a particularly delightful salesperson. She is the ONLY reason I chose Nalley over the two other dealers I'd begun working with.

Sales experience was excellent. This particular salesman dealt very well and his team helped to complete paperwork and obligations pretty well. I wish the dealership had a little more flexibility on buying/not-buying certain dealer options that can help customer make selections on their budget.

Arrived as a walk-in for a rotation service. Was seen-to quickly, and my wait time overall was only about an hour. I love the text-messaging service they use to notify you of additional/upcoming services you may need - and that the service advisor promptly reviewed these services with me as well. Overall a great experience; very comfortable waiting area, and professional and courteous staff.
