I came in to replace a leased vehicle that was a total loss in an accident that I was not at fault in. The salesman and sales manager worked with me to get a new lease on as close as the totalled vehicle as possible, while maintaining my strict price range. The process is a little long, but the Nalley Team took care of me.

Very easy to schedule an appointment. Easy drive us service and check in. My car was done but it took over 20 minutes for the service employee to get me. We saw the car in the drive up area and were not sure until he got us that it was done. I also do not like them sending me a text asking if they could buy my new car from me.

On time and fixed just as I ask. Good work. My Prius even seems to get better battery charging now. Nice. One time I had a rattle in the bed of my Tacoma truck. Kaitlin, the service Rep, got under the truck and found the problem... Good work!
