It was a Saturday so they were busy. I was told 1-1/2 and it was more like 2 hours. I had asked for a car wash and did not get one. I had to walk around the parking lot to find my car. Last time they pulled it up for me. My service adviser was very pleasant.

The sales associate and finance guy I worked with in purchasing my vehicle were very professional and helpful. My sales associate was very knowledgable regarding the vehicles specs and I never felt pushed to purchase. I would certainly return to Nalley Toyota the next time I need either service or a new car.
