Experience was good... communication was clear from advisor

Logan was my representative for this service - first time - and I won't hesitate to ask for him on my next visits. He was wonderful from the beginning through to the moment I drove my serviced, and nice washed clean car, out of the lot ! He made me feel he really cared - so helpful in explaining everything, answering questions and following up during my lengthy wait-time which was somewhat due to the fact I didn't know how to respond to the system properly......and then went above & beyond in offering to set up the GPS which hadn't worked for 4 years. He learned that it was no longer possible to set up the visual screen, so took the time to set it up so that I can answer incoming calls "hands free" if necessary, and the best was that he set it up so I could submit GPS info on my phone for directions so that I could hear the audio directions through the car radio. I cannot thank him enough - I used it immediately after I left the lot to travel to an unknown location in Norcross for a medical appointment, and then 2 days later when I made a trip to Highlands, N,C. into the mountains (no passengers) - it was a HUGE help to me to drive and arrive safely - to have the audio directions coming through loud & clear and not through my little cell phone that I could barely hear. I CANNOT describe how appreciative I was to have it working for those two times and there will be many opportunities when Spring season rolls around and I start traveling again to my grandson's baseball tournaments. Please extend my appreciation to Logan for setting this up for me - at age 83, it makes me feel much more confidant on the road !

I received good directions prior to arriving. I received service about 5 minutes after entering the line. The attendant set my expectations, and the service took just under 90 minutes total, as expected. The Latte machine was exceptional. It made the experience excellent.

Matt Thomsen always provides excellent customer service! That’s why we keep coming back, even though there are several other Toyota dealerships that are closer to our house in Atlanta.

I didn't have to wait for service to start and I was surprised how quickly the service was performed.
