The work to be accomplished was more than expected, but the manager helped me get it closer to what I planned to pay which I appreciated very much. Only disappointment was I would have liked the car to be vacuumed ~ it was washed but it was raining anyway when I left so the I interior would have been more valuable for me! Otherwise, it was delivered within the timeframe set, so I was pleased.

I was told that the waiting time was 40 minutes and I spend 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting. If there is a delay I should be told upfront to manage my time effectively. Please consider this for next time. Thanks
