I purchased my car from you guys and have been bringing it there for service ever since. Everyone is pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. They keep me updated on the progress of any repairs and always look for the best value for my dollar without compromising my safety and the longevity of my car. My next car will come from Nalley Toyota.

rather than making us wait, our car was attended to right away, a battery was replaced and we were able to leave feeling safe in less than 30 minutes

I went in to have basic upkeep maintenance on my Toyota. A few minutes after I sat down to wait, a tech came over and ask me if I knew there was a small crack on my windshield. He told me that he could take care of it and fix it today. Tree was amazing, efficient, courteous and did an outstanding repair job. Set everything up thru my insurance company as well. All I had to do was confirm the info for the claim. My only small disappointment was that all the materials they use to change cover the inside of your car were still left in there.
