Prompt and efficient service god reception

Matt Thomsen is one of the nicest people I have ever come into contact with at Toyota. He was extremely friendly and was very informative about what services were being completed on my car! Overall, great experience!

This was my first experience with Nalley Toyota service and it was great. One suggestion would be that when I called the individual who answered the phone they’ve should have asked me if I ever had service preformed before which I would have said no and could have moved on but since they didn’t I had to give them my phone number and when they couldn’t find me in the system after giving them another phone number and my address I told them I’ve never been there before. Thanks.

Everyone was very friendly. Grant made sure I understood exactly what was wrong with my car, was accurate with estimate of how long it would take to fix the car, and hooked me up with a swweeet Highlander rental. Very satisfied and will be recommending this place to others!
