As always, Kevin and the team at Nalley Toyota do a terrific job. The facility was clean and comfortable. I was offered a free coffee to enjoy while I waited and the amount of time I was given for the repair was exactly spot on what Kevin told me to expect. I enjoy coming to Nalley Toyota because they live up to their promises.

I came in for a routine service on my Prius. They found that I needed additional service, which took longer than I had expected. Richard Osborne kept me informed, explained the delay, and took excellent care of me. My car is perfect and I greatly appreciated Richard's professionalism and courtesy. Even though I live a mile from another Toyota dealer, I always come to Nalley. Thank you.

Excellent service representative (probably the best one I've had so far) and fast service! The car always looks great, too. And I love the customer coffee bar. A great place to sit and work during car service. The young woman serving coffee was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the people you employ at the coffee bar.
