The service went well. Got the car in the time It was promised, including the recall work. One suggestion is to have some sachets of non-caffeinaited herbal teas, since I don't do caffeine, including green tea.

Beautiful facility. Courteous employees. Always a pleasure to take my car there for service.

The service took much less time than expected. Staff was attentive and friendly. Waiting area is a great place to work while waiting for your vehicle.

Overall it was a good experience. I was charged for a tire rotation and balance;although I didn’t request one. I was only in for an oil change. When I asked them to take it off, the service provider did; however, he utilized my 20$ loyalty coupon for part of this fee instead of off my oil change. ???? I had to point that out before they took the 20 off the oil change. I was also quoted for labor and supply cost for a light bulb replacement. I denied the service, but the manager called back and said he would do it for supply cost only. This was helpful. One last thing.... when I called to speak to my service provider, I left two messages on a voice mail that had another person’a name on it; however I was told it was the correct number, but he hadn’t changed the voicemail To reflect his name. This was a little confusing. Thanks for allowing the opportunity to give feedback .
