Overall the service experience was good. But not happy with the fact that when I spoke to someone back in October that I'll come for tire change in November and I was told that the deal will be honored, it was refused to be honored on the day of the service.This is not good practice.I have bought 4 vehicles from the same place and all my services are done from this same place.I believe I deserve a little better for being a loyal customer

Came in for my son’s vehicle and what we believed was a potential tire hazard. He had hit a curb and put a rather large gash on the sidewall. I thought I would have to replace the tire. David Ramos had it checked and informed that it was only cosmetic and advised to just change it when it’s time for all of them. Tremendously happy with his honesty. Did need an alignment because of his curb confrontation.
