My on-site experience was always positive with very courteous and knowledgeable personnel. The frustration was when phone messages were left and no call-backs were received. Worse was the length of time it took to receive the vehicle - four months - without any contact in that time. Even a standardized monthly text or email to let me know that I was still on someone's radar would have been helpful. It's that kind of customer attention that engenders true loyalty.
