Advisor was great no doubt he’s experienced and takes care of his customers. I skipped the inspection and got just an oil change wich was done in about thirty minutes. My only suggestion on Saturdays is to have one or two cashiers to help check out customers. It took longer to check out than the oil change but i don’t blame the advisor if you schedule that many cars in one day they need more support people otherwise your just going to burn them out

My car was serviced and ready in less than 1 hour. There was an issue where Nalley tech forgot to replace the cabin filter cover. I had to return to Nalley. My service manager Jimmy was great is addressing the issue.

Very polite behavior. My car was maintained very fast and well.
