Excellent and fast service, they always have discounts

IT was good. I wish you all still had a detailing service. To be blunt, the free "wash" stinks. My car was still incredibly dirty. Or maybe the wash doesn't stink, and they just forgot to do it. Either way, needs improvement,

I came with a tire light on. Punctured tire that needed to be replaced. Janet took amazingly good care of us. Although, I had to come back a few days later because the light came back on and needed to be reset. I also let Janet know that one of my specialty valve stem caps was missing. It wasn't put back on. She went ahead and had parts department order a whole new set of the same ones and had them shipped to our home so that my wife and I wouldn't have to drop by a 3rd time. When the arrived at Nalley Toyota she had them shipped to me and had the tracking available for me. My wife and I are grateful and very impressed with the service Janet and the Nalley team continues to give us. Keep up the great service Janet!!

Russell was amazing. Between the therapy and information, the drive to the bank and helping switch cars, I felt amazing driving my car away. I still feel great! Thanks again, Russell. Your patience was really appreciated.
