It took a long time. I realize the complexity of unforseen problems that you can run into while servicing a car has an affect on your workload and related through time. I'm just saying it took longer than I expected. Pleasant service people helped, but we were packed in pretty tight. BTW what does agreeing with terms of service have to do with answering your request for feedback ? ?

Nalley Toyota is great. My visit on Friday was typical. Nalley is having a sale on tires so I went in to have them check the tread on mine to see if I needed new ones (still on original tires at 46k). Service rep checked all four tires, said they were good, maybe for another year. That’s honesty! He did recommend a tire alignment. I had a credit from a prior visit. He applied the credit no questions asked. That’s standing by your word. I’ve purchased four vehicles at Nalley since 2013 and only serviced them at Nalley. That’s why.
