I received warning signal that a tire or tires were low. I was leaving for an eight hour trip the next day and needed to have it checked immediately. David took me that afternoon afternoon.

Service at Nalley Toyota of Roswell is typically good but not always great. For example, when I arrived at the time of my appointment, there were no service representatives outside. I waited 5 to 10 minutes and then walked inside where my typical service representative was located. She looked my car up in the system and told me that I was with a different person today. I walked to the very end trying to find him, and then I was told that he was in the middle. I walked back over to his area and walked inside. He identified me when I walked in, but being that he was with another person I had to weigh another 5 to 10 minutes before I was helped. I was there for them to simply check my tires and look at my doors. When they were done, they recommended I replaced three of my tires and told me that I needed new brake fluid. They took care of the brake fluid and I told them I would need to come back another day for the tires. In total, I was there around two hours, which seemed long for a basic inspection.

I found a truck online that I was interested in. The next morning when I got there, that truck had been sold unfortunately. But Jeffrey Cates was more than helpful by showing me another comparable truck. I also told them I did not have a lot of time as it was a Thursday morning. He got me squared away and I was out in 2.5 hours. Brandyn Clark and Derrick the used car manager were also extremely helpful and expedient. Overall, I was and am very pleased.
