Juan did a great job! He immediately let me know that service was running behind schedule and gave me a pretty accurate time on how long the repair would take. Any additional repairs needed, he came over to me and explained what was wrong and how necessary it was to fix. No pressure to get the repairs immediately. In the end, I got my car back in time to make it to a precious appt that I had set. God job Juan and Nalley!
