We made initial contact online since we were using the CostCo buying program. We received a quick response. Since the sales person we were communicating with would be off the next day (when we could get up to Roswell), he arranged with another sales person to take care of us. He was ready to go when we arrived.

The service tech at door 6 was a pure gem and delight. He was so welcoming and warm. Honest and transparent. Honestly, I just want to come back and have coffee with him. And it was so sweet how he talked about his dogs and kids, proud papa vibes!
