I have been blown away by how incredibly helpful and courteous all the members of the Nalley Toyota team have been. I purchased a new car from them and the transaction went very well, but where this team really shines is where other dealers fall through, that is once the purchase is over. There were one or two issues that were discovered with my car after purchase(at no vault of the dealer at all, as a matter of fact one of the issues was I picked up a bolt on the interstate) and the sales manager and service team were on the issue immediately taking care of me and the car, gave me a loaner when I needed to leave car overnight. Overall this has been my best experience with any dealership.
