Everyone was very nice and helpful. The sales person Nicole was wonderful. She was patient and not pushy at all. The finance manager was also good. The one thing that could be improved is offering customers water. Buying a car is a long process and by the time I left I was exhausted and felt dehydrated. I know this is not a necessity but would be a nice courtesy to customers. Other than that everything was great.
