David Ramos was AMAZING along with everyone who I interacted with. The wait area as nice, clean, and large and varied in seating. I was able to work while I wait in a clean and spacious area.

Juan was great at explaining what needs to be done to the car. However, this Toyota has no free shuttle so I was forced to wait. Waiting area has no vending machine.
