Jalin was wonderful to work with! He was easily reachable, very responsive, communicated well, accommodating, flexible and friendly. The service team was great! The service was quick, which allowed us to have the vehicle fixed before a trip, and a rental car was provided which allowed me to get to where I needed to be that day. Jalin and the service team were able to get another issue fixed very quickly a few days later when I brought the vehicle back in. We will definitely be back and would recommend to others! Cody did a great job taking care of us. He even checked to see if a procedure we needed was under warranty. The only complaint we had was the phone call he had to make to see if the procedure came under warranty. Know you have no control over that but it’s crazy it took him so long to remain on line for an answer.

Efficient and knowledgeable

Everything was mostly good. The only minor problem was that even though I had an appointment, I waited in the appointment line for ten minutes before someone acknowledged me. The service representative was very cordial and helpful.
