Over the years I have established a great working relationship with my Service Advisor Jimmy Snyder, We review what the car needs. With the Toyota inspection, sometimes other needs are found, Working wirh Jimmy and the findings the plan is revised. Jimmy always has the best interest of the service for the car. The Service Techs carry out the plan and very rarely does the car need to be returned for followup work. This time it was new tires and the service went great.
