Very pleasant and smooth car purchase..

I was well taken care of.

My Prius was at Nalley for 5 hours & the complimentary car wash I received was poor & incomplete. The floor didn't even look like it was vacuumed and the area inside the doors was untouched. I asked Jalen, my service advisor to clean off the dash that had dirt & debris it didn't come in with. He offered to return it & let them do it over but I had other plans after spending half a day there. Disappointed after not using Nalley for service for awhile.
