I am giving the service rep Jalin 5 star review.The service person Jalin was excellent. He was very professional, with a high level of expertise presented the options clearly. I would highly recommend working with Jalin and Nalley in the future. Sona little background I have been to Sandy Springs, Hendricks and Beasley Toyota and for me Sandy Springs (pre Hendricks) and Nalley have been the best thus far offering a personal touch. You even cleaned my dog mobile and that means a lot.However, the waiting room gets a 3 at best. One issue that needs to be rectified is the waiting room. There are no plugs for those who want to work while waiting for the vehicle to be serviced. The other Toyota dealers have plugs and make the waiting a little more bearable.

Logan is the best service advisor I’ve had since I bought my 4 runner. He’s trustworthy & upfront with everything providing clear communication & direction. I don’t plan on using any other service advisor for any of my services.

I have been visiting the dealership for many years now and I have found the place very welcoming. The staff is courteous, the coffee is great and the services are very competitive. I was in and out in an hour and was able to work while my car was getting serviced.

The service is excellent always

David was so friendly and helpful! The waiting room was comfortable, had fast Wi-Fi and I loved that the coffee maker made fancy coffees! The best part was that it was less than an hour!
