I arrived a few minutes early and my car was taken immediately. Francine told me it would take 30 to 69 minutes. My car was done in 30 minutes with a car wash. Wonderful experience

I usually give 5 stars but the disconnect upon arrival wasn’t the usual top notch service. I had a 3pm appt with Francine. I waited and waited at her service desk and though technicians all around must have noticed Francine still hadn’t greeted me, it wasn’t until I left her area, inquired, and learned she had gone home sick earlier that day. Nally should have had a backup plan that included informing staff and her afternoon appointment of the situation and rerouted them.
