I had no problems with my agent and the time to get the work done was reasonable. My problem is the cost to put in a PV plug was way to high. The labor cost I believe was $169. In event, I think it is time to start looking for another place that doesn’t have the large overhead therefore better price.

Excellent first-time visit to the service department. Met with Matt re: potential passenger airbag recall. Was in and out in 45 minutes. My Corolla Cross did not require work.

The service advisor, not Nicholas. Who was originally assigned to handle my car. I left 3 messages over 3 hours and no return call. I requested new advisor. He was amazing. Took great my care of me. Kudos to him!! Thank you.
