Our 2008 Prius was parked in our garage, and the battery was dead. Matt Thomsen, service advisor, made arrangements for Evan, service technician, to follow us to our home and start the car using a battery charger. Evan then followed us back to Nalley where we made arrangements with Matt to perform a 100,000 mile service in addition to replacing the dead battery. This service was completed in about 2 - 3 hours, and we returned the same day to get our Prius. Both Matt and Evan displayed exemplary friendliness, professionalism, and customer service. We purchased this Prius from Nalley, and all required maintenance services have been performed at Nalley. My wife and I appreciate so much the extra effort taken by both Matt and Evan to accomplish this repair. They are a real credit to Nalley Toyota. Our heartfelt thanks to both, and to Nalley Toyota for having such outstanding employees in your service department.

Issue not solved, service guys said no fault found. But when I came back home still same problem exists. I drove almost 25 miles to get it checked. Not satisfied.
