I really like your text-based system that allows you to see the status of your service appointment and authorize additional services. However, the "overall status" was not accurate. For example, I was using the system to authorize additional services before the overall status indicated the initial inspection had even begun. I would recommend not showing an "overall status" unless it is going to be correct. It's just confusing.Also, what once used to be a pleasant surprise regarding the cost of service has now turned into something else. For this last appointment, it just seemed like an awful lot to pay for what was actually done to my car. I do prefer doing my service at the dealer, but this makes me consider using a private service shop going forward.

The service advisor was great.(David Ramos) Was busy but took time to tell me what I needed done. I’m not impressed with your accounting dept as I said you were very busy and I was overcharged $400 which was not fixed That day. The service advisor did what he could and I appreciate it. But your accounting has a lot to be desired if on day 4 they still have not reverse debit charge back to my account????

Everyone was so professional and helpful- especially Ms. Annette Wiggins- who had previously sold a truck to my dad. She helped me so much with the purchase of my new car; she was very informative and so patient with me as we navigated through each vehicle I test drove! I love my car! Thank you so much Nally Toyota!
