My service advisor David Roth provides top class customer experience. He is very knowledgeable about Toyota’s and is able to thoroughly answer all my questions.IMO, there should be a set labor fee for multiple service items. My labor cost alone were $2k and the car was completed in 24 hours. That’s $250/hr….which is excessive.
