I bought a GX460 that ended up having multiple issues. The team of Nicole and AJ did everything they could to resolve the issue and provided me a loaner vehicle. As frustrating and expensive as this experience has been, you guys treated me right and have earned my business for life. I ended buying one of the loaner Tacomas from Russell on 08/01/23. I look forward to good service from this certified Tacoma.

It is always a pleasure working with Nalley Toyota of Roswell. Cody is fantastic and keeps me consistently updated as I wait for the car to be completed. He is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have never been disappointed with Nalley of Roswell.Unfortunately, this time the technician forgot to place a new mileage and service sticker inside my car, but that is minimal.
