Great and perfect response and service

I don't have any specific issues. I always deal with David Ramos and never have a problem.

Got off to a rocky start. I had a 10:40am appointment and was told by an attendant when I arrived there would be a 3 1/2 hour wait……when I asked why she said that just what she was told. When I asked for more information she then then checked with Leah and told me they could get me in. Weird. After that everything was very smooth. Leah is great as I have had her before.

It was great experience - Janet our service tech was very friendly, knowledgeable, and work with us. We went for service call on our RAV4 and left with a brand new Tundra 1794 edition.

It was really good even though I had to go back to fix a light that still appears, they took care of it.
