I came to the dealership to replace the tires on a vehicles I had just purchased. I wanted an upgrade and a full size spare that could be rotated. Bryan in parts - apparently there is more than one Bryan in parts - when I referred to him as a younger guy they were able to locate him - was extremely knowledgable, provided a number of suggestions and additional recommendations. I did a little bit of research and followed his advice and am very happy with the tires purchased. Francine in Service was spectacular. She supervised the replacement of the tires, linking a fifth tire pressure gauge to the vehicle's computer, installation of the new wheel and spare, anticipated many issues and made sure I was informed throughout the process. She also coordinated with Bryan. I am sure you are aware that today, everywhere you go, good service and knowledgeable and helpful personnel are almost impossible to find. My experience with Bryan and Francine was the best I have ever had a dealership. And let's not forget my salesperson, Nicole Reyes. She was great. This was the second vehicle I have purchased from her. And the gentleman in finance who finalized the paperwork was also terrific - knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.
