Matt Thomsen, service advisor, did a great job helping me navigate through the “suggested services” explaining each one so I could understand it and make an informed decision re whether to add it to my routine service. He is very knowledgeable and has wonderful customer service skills - the service dept was obviously busy but he was very patient with my questions and did not make me feel rushed. I am a long time customer and will continue coming back for service.
