Very organized intake procedure, communication in between via phone worked out fine. The promised complimentary carwash did not happen and nobody told me why. I didn't ask anymore because I had waited more than 1,5h already.

My service contact person, Janet, was absolutely fantastic. She was on top of the progress the service technician was making and had a loaner car ready for me when the work became more extensive. She even texted me at home to remind me to get the baseball gear out of my car before the shop closed. She was very personable and had that human touch that you don’t see very often anymore.
