I came into the office to have my brakes checked. I ended up buying a tire alignment in a rear windshield wiper. Juan Perez, my service person was excellent. But the fact that Natalie Toyota forces you to buy something that you don’t really need disturbs me.

I wasn't happy initially going to buy a car pretty last minute but they guys there did a really good job assisting us, answering our question and making the process very short and sweet. I went in grumpy and left very happy and satisfied.
