The service department is thorough in setting expectations. I had to wait a little over 90 minutes for my car to complete its 10K service check.Cody McLemore was very prompt, professional, courteous, and timely and as far as service department workers, he set the standard for me in terms of how to deal with clients and setting those expectations and just shy of 100 minutes is pretty decent considering it was an unusually busy Monday but the fact that Cody set that expectation of 90 minutes or so let me know what to expect when other places do not provide that kind of service.Nalley Toyota of Roswell is definitely a standard in excellence both in their sales department and now with my personal experience with the service department, this is how dealerships should be.
