Cody gave us a great customer service experience, very very nice guy and made the process smooth even on a very busy day. However there was a lady organizing the lines and directing costumers towards the right advisor that she either she lacks training or has has not empathy at all. I was impressed with Cody costumer service on the overall experience on Saturday however I’m certainly that there will be clientes that might get upset with her (she appeared to be mean).

As always, David provided excellent customer service and truly shows he cares about his customers.
