We contacted Donald Law via the internet to inquire about the car we were interested. We advised that we would come visit (from Buckhead) and he had the car ready and waiting for us. No waiting around looking the salesperson or the car.

At first we arrived at the dealership to view a car we saw online. We went inside no one acknowledged us in anyway, while we were in the dealership lobby. We got a our car and called the dealership and we got a salesman on the phone told her we wanted to see the car. She went and got the car and the rest is history. There should be a receptionist available to greet customers, we almost drove away. But again we may have so many customers if a few leaves it doesn’t hurt the bottom line.

All went well and quickly/ Matt is an excellent Asst Service Manager
