I recently bought a used 2021 Toyota 4Runner from Nalley in Alpharetta - and was one of the best experiences I have had when buying a vehicle. Our Sales Rep Min was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and just a great guy to work with. . He pointed out key features during the test drive, answered all of our questions, and helped us pick the right vehicle to meet our needs. All of the staff who helped along the way, from Danny, Mr. Harrison, and Gabby - were professional and excellent people to work with. Having purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, this was certainly one of the easiest and friendly transactions I've had. They even allowed me to take the vehicle to my personal mechanic to have the car checked out - and my mechanic said they rarely see used vehicles come in such excellent condition - there were no items that needed attention. Thank you to the whole Team at Nalley for making our car buying experience a great one!
