Logan was very professional and took great care of me. He talked with me like we were best friends. This was my first visit to Nalley. I had just finished a meeting and zipped in for an oil change. I own 3 Toyotas and bought them all at Cobb. Was getting them all serviced at Cherokee. I was extremely impressed with Nally and Logan

Service checkup, oil change. All handled expediently.

The lady I dealt with during my last visit was extremely confident and was a pleasure to deal with.She asked me if I would like my car washed, and I was caught off guard not knowing that was an option.Upon returning to my car the wash was a disappointment.It is possible my understanding of what I was receiving was misplacedIn expectation..I was there for an oil change, this was my purpose of being there, however the old reminder sticker on the front windshield is still the old sticker from the previous dealership, previous oil change. I was expecting a current replacement..Granted, these are small items, you asked about my visit so I replied.I would have never said a thing about these items to be honest..Have a great day!

My experience was fine. Unfortunately my AirPods were stolen but that’s not Nalley’s fault lol.
