We had noise issues immediately after brake service a month prior. I assumed that the brakes needed to be broken in. But no. The tech said there was a tire that had been damaged, and that four new tires were needed.It seems to us that the alignment we paid for earlier at Nally would have discovered problems with the tires. But no. It would be nice if one of the alignment we bought could be refunded or applied to future service calls.Can I get an Amen?

Leah V. did a great job. I wish Nalley would offer a wider range of 3rd party product support like helping to install my new dashcam. It would be very helpful to have these types of services done while I'm getting normal maintainance as the Nallley Technicians know my vehicle better than I do, and it would be an additional revenue stream for Nalley as well. As it stands, I'm now taking my vehicle to Southern Off-Road Specialists for some aftermarket help instead of Nalley, and we'll see what their service and products have to offer. Thank You, Stu Jackson
